The Steinbeis Transferzentrum Softwaretechnik

The STZ Softwaretechnik was founded in 1994 by Prof. Joachim Goll as a transfer center for software engineering within the Steinbeis Network.

In line with the transfer between education and research at universities and application in industry, our goal is to promote young IT talent at universities and in our own company and to make the knowledge thus acquired available to our customers in the best possible way.

Most of our employees are graduates of computer science or mathematics programs. Lifelong learning is an integral part of our holistic personnel development. That is why we have created optimal conditions for part-time masters studies or a dissertation within the IT-Designers Group. We are also happy to support students during their practical semesters and with their bachelors and masters theses. Click here for career opportunities (German).

In addition to developing for and with our customers, we also conduct our own research projects, for example in the areas of big data analysis, image processing and modern automotive networking.
